For the short film Guardian Angel we have secured a location to start auditions in the month of Feb 2013 (16th) just have a few probs to get as well as secure one location,

This is a short film that's going to be shot in April or possibly March depending who we get on board. The post is going through starnow.co.uk and has had a lot of attention 62 applicants have applied showing a good range of talent from beginners as well as known professionals 

The shoot is a one day shoot my first initial style was to shoot it black and white but ill change it to colour and mess with it after 

After credits there will be some DVD extras for you to watch. So even though its a short film it will have the feel of a feature.

The music to the film will vary, this is still a thought process. 

I will Be with my crime boss partner Damien Swaby so you know we're going to make it happen. And hopefully I will bring on board someone else from an old project but that's to be confirmed.

I had a productive morning. Managing to edit a track and dropping a new one to send out.

Also had a little convo with emc. Still awaiting on vocals ! That's why I do solo, trust me I know people are busy but come on people. 16bars ain't shit.

Anyway he's doing some phat merchandise for me so I'm not going to grumble.

So I have completed 50% of the production for the new project and the rest well be done in the new year before I start laying vocals so be prepared for a finale of

The scripts in the vault now however a short titled guardian angel is in progress featuring Damien Swaby (I better tell him he is it eh lol) he's offered his premises for a location shoot I just have to secure one more as well as cast 2/3 more actors and the lead actress. 

The story? Don't be daft I'm not going to tell you until it's time.

So lets break of the check list. Yet we straight.

General Update

Firstly we have had a lot of interest in The Chosen few project with lots of contributions from a lot of people in the music field, however still awaiting on funding and several more crew members
so funding is the way so see this project lift off.

The latest short film which i will film after christmas Titles Guardian Angel isscheduled to be shot in camden i just have to confirm with owners on locations The script is quite simple as it will be a silent film possibly shot in black and white.
The story is about Jesus being reborn (yes in camden 2013) however the forces of evil are around so god sends a guardian angel to protect Mary.

Mary is a young single woman who finds out she is pregnant and doesnt know how it all happened etc,

its a 2 page script with 6 scenes, i'm thinking about a 4 hour shoot 4 man crew it will be an expenses only project cos i'm strapped but dont worry travel,food and drink will be on tap.

music wise the black 2 the block mixtape is still poppin with over 700 hits were in production of the 2013 mixtape(no im not giving the title away yet) 22 tracks written and 10 beats at the moment, but whenits ready you know its on.

oK i know its been a while but eh, im trying to be consistant.

What's it all about?

Halloween 2013, the last Halloween humanity will ever see again. A scientist contracted by the military has created the ultimate vaccine for the fighting soldier.

But when an elite group are sent out. They are ambushed, bullets were unable to stop them. Unless you shot them in the head. The vaccine caused the dead to rise and fight on. Just not in the way the military wanted.

What we need from you

We need a 100% support to get this project off the ground,

this will be a epic zombie production

What we would love is that everybody who donates to be part of the production from zombies to camera crew, we also want all the fans to be a part of it doing what you can to spread the word.

The money raised is to go towards

Location. Special FX team. Crew costs and editing. We do not intend to make any profit.

It's Halloween 2012 (13). The last Halloween humanity will ever remember. Gart a medical scientist has been contracted by the military to enhance a military weapon which will create the ultimate soldier during combat. The experiment was firstly performed on animals which was a success the animals could endure pain and still continue. One even died and came back to life.
The experiment continued and soldiers were next in line to be tested on. The war was one. All the soldiers came back. But not alive.

The soldiers that died had come back to walk the earth as the undead those that came back alive didn't live long to tell there story.

Ive been sent a link for a competition to send in a script, 15 pages blah blah blah, I havent got anything i'd like to sent, even though i have a few up my sleeve, so i'll write something fresh, the deadline is NOV 30th so plenty of time,
The Title of the script is called The Chosen few, based around Halloween but not a slash n shag script, this is some Apocalyptic shit, it \just happen to be a coincidence certain people meet. anyway nuff said -for now-

Ok There are a few things you dont know about me, and we shall keep them that way, but for your information I have joined the above and its not the first time ive squeezed the trigger, lets just say since 9 and on serveral items.
neverless its fun and i'm learning a new style of shooting which is target shoot, this is the same form that they use in the olympics, does this mean that i will be going to rio, dont be an idiot, not unless its a free flight, cigars,rum and my goons with me.

this is from 10meteres (no Scopes) first time with this type of rifle, the other target was better 3 out of 5 bullseyes, and after an hour of shooting i had enough, ill keep you posted and remember guns dont kill people pride does.

I scrapped the Motivation Titled track, it was pissing me of so 2 new tracks will be recorded 2morrow and then awaiting vocals from Emc then were done, The upload will be scheduled for the end of the month so between now and then i'll think of a cover to design and then start the Non-Production for the next one, your confused right? good, that way you dont know what i'mm up to, all will be explained in due time, hopefully i can get more people to feature on the next one, if not say la ve as they say and i'll bang on it myself, the concept etc is all layed out, what the fuck you expect from me though eh.

apart from the music, the ending of the new script is taking form and i'll look forward to sharing that with you once i've contacted all the relevant people etc

The Rapper/Director/Farmboy Records Partner/Friend and one of few that i trust, so we had a conversation today as i sent him a track to feature on, and just as he answers whats playing in the background, but the same track, and he aint listening to the beat, hes listening to what is being said, why you ask because Emc wants to top whoever is featuring, I usually make it a rule not to sent track with the vocals already on it just because of the competitivness but it doesnt faze me, but i did expose the fact to him and it was all love, we had a laugh cos its cool and  we feed of each other anyway,

so like i said i have 2 more tracks to finish, and then its all eyes on me (Pac) ive listen to it 5 times now and I think you'll like it, but i will let you be the judge of that, next years mixtape will be sick, i'm NOT producing a single track but the sound will be epic, 

I should really do a proper Album, but its not time yet. i mentally need to be ready for that because i would want to give to you a concept like no other.

so just to revise B2TB black 2 the block is Political,Thugged Out,Motivational and straight to the point. Whats the Message? well for you it will be a lot of different things

Its very rare for me to be inspired by other people, why? because most of us are selfish, not in a bad way ,were justtaking care of business or trying to better ourselfs, cool!.
but every now and then we come across that certain someone that knocks the word progression into perspective.
Everyday is a hustle and some of us just find it hard to maintain one job, tell you what how about doing a voluntary job to help young offenders/addicts to make them fell better about themselves and reagain not only self respect put to be able to hold there head up high and be rejoined into society. i dont think I myself or alot of people i know could do that, i mean go out full force and help individuals like that on top of family reponsibilities.
Well luck for you and more so for me i have the utmost pleasure of knowing HarshTv Harsharan who IS and WILL BE a very very important person to reckon with,

Yeah thats Black2TheBlock
hit the studio with Demi-D (aka Balance) who was acting like a curious spy to what i was doing (lol) it was funny, when i asked him what was up, the answer was "i'm just watching how you do your shit"
anyway we started by me laying down what tracks we (I) was going to use, started to play the playlist not telling him that I have already written everything and now its just a course of recording and making it sound solid, by track 4 he was ready to rape my whole project.
So after politicing on who i want down and who i dont want (oh and people he wants to link me up with) we got started,
Beyond Hype D (aka Balance) just #Random freestyling didnt cut the mustard, so i let him get that of his chest then got down to work,
Dropped the Real Niggaz Intro, which was nice, Then dropped I'm so London, which was the hook line and sinker, last of all laid a template for I'm Sick which wasnt on the schedule but it did fit in there D (aka Balance) did the chorus,
we were running out of time to we just kicked back and chilled out listen to some more tracks and D (aka Balance) devised his plan, will he start it? will it pay of?

well if you have been following, the price so far is about 8k to develop and will take 3-4 months, to make this back i'd have to sell worldwide, its a bit of a rip of, i think i need to find a partnership but in the meantime i could go to indiegogo and start a campaign, the only problem is reaching the tartget, i think its do able but its still alot of cake (money)

further more, i'm mixing down the audio book in the morning (finally got the right file) then working on nightlights, and on my journey to the studio ill be typing out the storyboard for the video, it will be shot in London/soho

The Dead have risen now you have to choose to survive or let fate take control.

The Idea of this game is very simple, using the gps on your Smartphone the map will show your position as well as all other players in your area it could be a zombie or a survivor, so no matter what part of the world you are in you will never be completely safe, roam around and make friends and trade kudos for weapons/strength

Main Menu

Choose your fate, you can choose to be a survivor or a Zombie or hit the fate button and let the phone choose for you.

Human

Male/female you will start of alone with just one weapon (screwdriver) if you see a zombie within your range strike first, killing a zombie will increase your strength and survival status, the stronger you get the more chance of survival, especially if you’re surrounded. There is no covert play, if the zombie sees you first and strikes before you do, guess what, now you’re a zombie.

Zombie

You are the walking dead, but this doesn’t mean that you can’t be the best at it, you’re a zombie with ambition, you need to eat to survive, so chomp away the more you eat the more you can continue, rack up a tally of how many humans you can eat and be the best zombie in the world

So you have just eaten or killed, share it with the world

Kudos

 Zombies don’t get them, they’re dead. Humans get 1 kudo per kill, kudos will get you food and weapons depending on location and who you meet, even though the world is big, limitations exist

(page 1) Zombie, Human, Fate button chose male female, age, picture (upload your own or pick a avatar.

(page 2) Stats button, how many days you have survived, died, it shows how many humans and zombies are playing.

(page 3) GPS map, blue locator are humans red are zombies, you can only strike within a certain distance area, tap the locator of whom you want to strike and strike however if it’s another human and you tap their location you can trade and join ranks.

Aight out there, i can see you all enjoying the mixtape, downloading and doing your thing, great stuff, hold tight there is more to come,
18th,19th,20th sept, i will be in the studio, day1, audio book mixdown and night light production day 2-3 Mariachi & Demi-D studio session.

I also have a few meetings lined up, as per previous blog ive been on the hunt for a mobile game app developer and I have found one, now the task at hand is can they provide what i want, (even though its all in my head and not put down in black and white) my loveable uncle says the game has been done, but ive never seen it plus if it has it wont be on this scale. The game is a Global GPS interactive game. its very interesting, but i wont bore you with the details LOL.

26th Sept, Damian Swaby will be filming, ive been invited to take part, take a few pictures and film some scenes myself, when its available the links will be provided.

Yesterday (and not the beetles song)

hit the studio, brought the wrong usb key with me, so the audio book will have to wait until Tuesday, Ill mix it at home,
did a rehearsal for the Black2TheBlock OST, (5tracks) only felt one of them so we will continue with that.
Didnt have time (or more to say i was pissed of by then) to do the Nightlight track, i will focus the structure of that by the end on the month, so it was a semi productive day. still got to speak to my friend and get the latest for whats to come,-CLASSIFIED- (to many thiefs out there).
As for today ive just ordered some new lighting for filming, going to map out a short story board for the night light video, plus I'm on the look out for a female vocalist for the hook, and finally (once i finish this coffee) i'm working on a nice script, -CLASSIFIED- even the concept will give you a hard on, yep its that good,

so reading this have i even told you anything, i think i told you to much, you prob know more than the people i speak to on a daily, anyway its 0414 im here drinking coffee chatting shit so.

Im not a happy bunny, Just read that there will be a remake of Scarface, firstly you can not remake a classic like that, whats next the godfather, goodfellas, Hollywood are heading for a epicfail on this one, the idea is just to ludicrous, I'm, going to tell you now i'm like all the scarface fans you ever known, were hardcore, put it this way I have 7 different copies, the ps2 psp and the iphone game, i have a original film clipping, several framed pictures and a motherfucker M16 called my lil fren.

It seems Hollywood are shit out of original writers and some cunt just woke up from smoking some weed and said I know lets jet remake a fucking cult classic, this is why i stay indie, indie film writers are the sole of originality and creativity, even for less that what hollywood pay their writers i bet they would get several blockbusters if they searched within the Indie film community, shit i have 3 written myself, fuck i even know people that have short films that can easily be adapted to a feature. hollywood are fickle and like all the big corporations they will fall to the hand  of the indiefilm, consumers who watch films are getting bored with hollywood big explosive replicating films, i mean Total recal, Judge Dredd,spiderman is another one as well as the Predator collection is due to be remade to, WHAT THE FUCK!
the only one which deserved it was batman as for the rest of the muppets blowing big budgets on bullshit your a dying breed once you remake you loose it shows you have no more creativity left in you.

Pieces to the puzzle

Ive managed to bang out 18 tracks for the Black 2 the Block mixtape, EL dropped a little freestyle on one and sounded ok, were still along way of the finish but were writing and getting the interludes sorted, so far though im feeling this one, I just hope the rest of the team are able to jump on this when its ready, till then pump ya breaks and standby

Pilot version of the audio book

we recorded the first episode of the audio book today, in total it 5min and 30 seconds which is good for a bedtime/anytime story, the only 2 thinks i need to do now is add the sound effects, and create the front cover, I had a animator quote me £100-£160 but i think i will go via another route. when the pilot is ready i will place it on soundcloud for a while, so all you people who have children take a listen i would say its for ages 5-13 the audio book tell a basic story which in corporates a lot of family value and morals as well as manners and understanding of the world, as you can see we have put a lot into this and i hope you like the pilot version when it drops.
what are we looking for with this? either or, good feedback and downloads, possible the chance to transform the character into a childrens cartoon. hopefully with your help we can make this happen, when we launch you will be the first to know.

The Queitness before the storm

Just kicking today, staying in doors and not out BMF, tommorrow were recording the Audio book, we will have to add the effects afterwards, just want to get all the stories down first and get the package ready.
Music wise ive added to the collection of instrumentals check out the soundcloud. i have written 3 songs thats ready to record.

Sorry for the wait

I haven't blogged in a bit, just sorting out what needs to be done, were recording the audio book on Thursday 16th Aug and currently producing some more tracks for the Black 2 The Block project so I haven't just been sitting here scratching my balls.

Dear Diary even if i won the lottery I'd be to busy to update you, (dont worry my PA will)
2morrow we embark into the studio, - im trying to relocated a track that only mixed down the ending, also trying to get a hold of DemiD to record some vocals (its like mission impossible trying to find him)
wednesday- fitting suits for my uncles wedding,

Friday- picking up my tickets for Saturday

Audio Childrens Book V2

ok the latest is this, the person who was down to do the vocals has dropped out, nothing new there, so as usual you know i'm going to take care of it, we record in 2 weeks, also ive found an illustrator, just waiting on a price and then a go, go, go so thats where we stand at the moment.

Audio Childrens Book V1

Ok the challenge was to write a audio story for children, I wrote 5, which will be recorded by next week (hook or the crook) they will be for down load via the usual sites or possible though a publishing site, Myself have written all the stories, organising the Illustration and engineering the recordings (possible recording as well) I'm working along side Damien Swaby who has a nack for putting things together without being prompted, these are the qualities i like so there you have it, and thats what to expect.

The next update will be about what you can expect and what the children will gain from the stories

just to let you guys know, that The budget for Birth of the Wolf is looking very hopefull, we will be reloading the push again on indiegogo (last time) before we call it a day, we have 2 options depending on the budget, option 1, we produce the trailer, option 2 the feature film, i believe with the feature we can shoot it all in 30 days, as the scenes are all pretty standard the budget is mainly for the crew(camera,makeup,lighting)/ equiptment / props / we will have a lot of volunteers on site and will welcome anyone else who wants to be involved (just visit the NBSfilm site and send us a email) http://nbsfilms.yolasite.com/ or follow and tweet us @nbsfilms as you can see were not hard to find,

Short Summary

Charles is an aging Hitman, he has been killing people for as long as he can remember, from being in the army to the present day contracts, however there becomes a time when the straw breaks the camel’s back and Charles feels depressed and decides he needs help, not knowing where to turn he finds Mary who is a Physiatrist. A London Soho based gangsters daughter decides to live the double life of pretending to be daddy’s little angel to a typical party girl who loves to indulge in drink, drugs and guys which ends her in hospital and eventually dies. everyone is to blame including the doctor who was treating his daughter, who also happens to be the husband of Mary who witnesses the murder and becomes a witness. Charles is now the hitman hired to take out Mary his physiatrist and the person he feels is helping him the most.

Childrens Audio Book

We have come up with a concept of trying to produce a series of audio books for children, ive wriiten the first script titled Flying high and dry,
the character is a green Dragon called David, who is curious, helpful but always gets things wrong but eventually it works out in the end (as it always does)
so the script is written and just waitng to see if its a go, if so expect to read (hear) more, till then

I know you guys already know what ive been doing, i guess this is a re-cap, there are a few ideas jotted down for some short films i want to do, and there is 3 for features i will eventually write, (one of them is so epic i'm acually supprised it hasnt been done yet, but anyway)

Were (FarmboyRecords) currently focusing on 2 albums to bring out for 2013, were behind in work ( mainly due to me filming and writing) but i dont cave under pressure, so were all go here and i look forward into giving you all of part 2, if your wondering why there isnt a farmboyrecords site, its due to a revanmp and unavailable time, however please be patient as one is being put together.

Embarking on new adventures

When you have been doing something for so long, even if you love it, sometimes you have to switch it up a bit, ive set myself  10 year plan in switching up tactics and moving forward, I cant really go into much detail about it, but lets just say i will be going back to school to enable to get qualified to do what i want to do,

some people when they start life/college /school know what they want to be as a career choice, i had an idea but i knew it wasnt for me, i did try it but naw, anyway ive just realised what i wanted to do, and i enjoy doing it now but i want to do it properly, not just for fun, ive always been a creative person but ive never had anyone guide me through the process of making the creative side come alive.

well as they say your never to old to learn (no im not telling you my age) so just remember whatever you want to do in live there is always a way, it might take time to get there but you will, dont always see what your doing now as the mean to all ends (unless your living your dream)
